Day 1
3rd Dhul Hijjah (04/08/2019): (Meeting at London Heathrow Airport)
Meet & greet at London Heathrow and depart for Jeddah Airport. For your assistance, our representative from UK will accompany you throughout the journey and offer guidance regarding all your queries. Please note that after arrival at Hajj Terminal, there can be a waiting time of approximately 4-6 hours for getting out of the airport.
Day 2
4th Dhul Hijjah (05/08/2019): (Rest day)
After completing airport formalities and clearance from customs, the group will depart for Makkah & check-in at the Hotel Burj Al Sultan (Full Board).  Spend the rest of the day at the hotel.
Day 3
5th Dhul Hijjah (06/08/2019): (Rest day)
Stay at the hotel. Spend your time as you please.
Day 4
6th Dhul Hijjah (07/08/2019): (Rest day & Group lecture)
You’ll be advised on how to prepare for Hajj & departure to Mina. Your group leader will inform about the approximate time of departure for Mina according to the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah.
Day 5
7th Dhul Hijjah (08/08/2019): (Travel to Mina)
Leave for Mina after mid-night.
Day 6
8th Dhul Hijjah (09/08/2019): (Mina Day)
Spend your time in Mina doing ibaadah & attend the Group Lecture.
Day 7
9th Dhul Hijjah (10/08/2019): (Arafat Day)
After Fajr, leave for Arafat after the group leader inform about the approximate time of departure for Arafat. Spend the day in Arafat and move to Muzdilfah after Maghrib where you will stay for the night. Also, collect stones for next day of stoning.
Day 8
10th Dhul Hijjah (11/08/2019): (HAJJ DAY)
After praying Fajr, leave for Mina and perform Rumi at Jamarat followed by qurbani, and hair trimming. Afterward, go to Makkah for Tawaf-e-Ziyarah and later, return to Mina (there is no transport from Mina to Jamarat as well as on return from Makkah to Mina).
Day 9
11th Dhul Hijjah (12/08/2019): (Second day of Jamarat)
Spend the day in Mina and perform Rumi at Jamarat.
Day 10
12th Dhul Hijjah (13/08/2019): (Third day of Jamarat) (Travel to Makkah)
Get ready for the third day of Jamarat. After stoning at the three Jamarat, leave Mina for Makkah before sunset. Transport will be provided.
Day 11
13th Dhul Hijjah (14/08/2019): (Preparation for Madinah)
Spend the day as you please and do your own Ibaadah.
Day 12
14th Dhul Hijjah (15/08/2019): (Travel to Madinah hotel)
Check out from Makkah hotel and travel to Madinah by Coaches. After reaching Madinah, check-in at the Hotel Al Mukhtara International.
Day 13
15th Dhul Hijjah (16/08/2019): (Rest Day)
Spend the day as you please and do your own Ibaadah.
Day 14
16th Dhul Hijjah (17/08/2019): (Rest Day)
Spend the day as you please and do your own Ibaadah.
Day 15
17th Dhul Hijjah (18/08/2019): (Preparation for leaving Madinah)
Spend the day as you please and do your own Ibaadah.
Day 16
18th Dhul Hijah (19/08/2019): (Departure from Madinah)
Check out from the Madinah Hotel (Al Mukhtara International) and travel to Airport to catch flight with the Saudi Airlines.
